Email support@keyrorentals.com from the email registered on your account, with subject "Account deletion". We close the account within 7 working days. Trip and tax records are retained for the period required by Indian law, but personally identifying details are removed.
Razorpay sometimes holds an amount and releases it back in 5–7 working days if the booking did not go through. If it has been longer, email us your booking ID and we will investigate.
Check the rejection reason in the app (Profile → KYC). Re-upload a clear photo of your original driving licence (front and back), and a selfie holding the licence. If you believe the rejection was incorrect, reply to our rejection email or write to support.
Make sure everyone is safe first. Call the local police if anyone is injured. Then open the trip in the Keyro app and tap "Report issue" — or email support@keyrorentals.com with photos, the location, and a short description. Our team will guide you on the FIR and insurance steps.
Tap "Become a host" inside the app, or email support@keyrorentals.com. We will share the host onboarding checklist (RC, insurance, PUC, owner KYC) and an introductory call.
Tap "Become a captain" inside the app, or email us. Requirements: valid LMV/commercial driving licence (3+ years), Aadhaar verification, and a brief in-person interview in Hyderabad.
